Yes, we have a private dining room that seats up to 20 guests. There's a $200 food and beverage minimum on weekends ($150 weekdays). The room is partitioned with traditional wood screens and has its own sound system. To book, leave a callback and our manager Mike will get back within an hour.

Q. Are you family-friendly? Do you have a kids menu?

Absolutely. We're very family-friendly — booster seats and high chairs available. Our kids menu has: butter chicken (kid-size, $7.95), mini garlic naan ($1.95), mango lassi ($3.50), and chicken tenders with masala fries ($8.50). All kids items are mild by default.

Q. Where do you deliver? Is there a delivery fee?

We deliver via Uber Eats and DoorDash within roughly 5 miles — covers downtown Jersey City, Newport, Exchange Place, Journal Square, and parts of Hoboken. The delivery fee depends on the platform (usually $2.99–$5.99). For orders over $80 or events outside that radius, call back and we'll arrange a private courier.

Q. Is your food halal?

All our meat is halal-certified — we source from Madani Halal in Queens. This applies to all chicken, lamb, and goat dishes. Our paneer and dairy are also halal-compliant. If you have questions about specific dishes, our agent can walk you through.

Q. What's your spice level? Can I get it extra hot?

We do three levels: mild (kid-friendly), medium (default — most popular), and hot (genuinely spicy, not Americanized). We also offer Phall — that's our "brave only" level. We've had grown adults cry. If you ask for "Indian hot," we'll make it Phall unless you say otherwise.

Q. Do you take walk-ins or are reservations required?

Walk-ins are welcome anytime. Reservations are recommended for parties of 4+ on Friday and Saturday after 6 PM. We hold tables for 15 minutes past reservation time. If you're running late, call back and our agent can hold longer.

Q. Do you cater? What's the minimum order?

Yes, we cater for parties of 15+. Minimum order is $300 (food only, before tax). We need 48 hours notice for orders under $1,000 and 5 days for larger events. We can bring chafing dishes and serving utensils for a $75 rental fee. Our agent will take your details and our catering manager Priya will call you back within 4 hours.

Q. Are you open on Memorial Day? Holidays?

Yes, we're open Memorial Day with regular hours (11 AM – 10 PM). Our usual holiday closures: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and a half-day on Diwali (we close at 4 PM). We're open on Eid but expect longer wait times. Check the Hours page for the live calendar.
